Two days ago (23 July), in a meeting with Tengku Zafrul and Ministry of Finance, the Malaysian government was told of its strategic failure to use strategic communications in the Covid-19 war. This was one a few initiatives INSAP presented to MOF. A day later in 24 July, Strategic Communications is listed as focus No.9 for the new Greater Klang Valley Special Task Force to look at strategies for mitigating surge of C19 cases in Klang Valley.
